Ensuring that your sheep stay in good condition through pregnancy is paramount. Gut worms, sheep scab and infectious abortions can all lower the health, welfare and productivity of your ewes and can lead to the loss of lambs.

This interactive workshop will highlight Moredun’s latest research advances in the control and prevention of these diseases. With vaccines against Chlamydial abortion and Toxoplasmosis in short supply this year, Moredun scientists will also suggest measures farmers can take to reduce the effects of these infections in unvaccinated animals.

This meeting is an accredited CPD event for SQPs and has been awarded 16 CPD points by AMTRA.

Admission is free and open to all. For further information please contact Maggie Bennett or Hazel Rice on 0131 445 5111 or email info@moredun.org.uk

This meeting has kindly been supported by Quality Meat Scotland and Novartis Animal Health
