Microbiological Examination of Non Sterile ProductsThe object of the test is to allow quantitative enumeration of mesophilic bacteria and fungi that may grow under aerobic conditions. The test is designed primarily to determine whether or not a substance or preparation complies with an established specification for microbiological quality. The methods are not applicable to products containing viable micro-organisms as active ingredients.

Our Microbial Enumeration Tests meet the following regulatory standard: Eu Pharmacopeia 6th Edition; Section 2.6.12.
